What’s On

Opera In The Garden | 31 October 2026

An evening of live opera, food and spring gardens at Limestone Park.

Join us in the golden hour as Perth tenor Noah Humich, soprano Tabby Galluccio and pianist Joshua Haines of Perth Opera Voices perform live amongst the stunning backdrop of our botanic gardens, bringing a selection of opera favourites to Limestone Park for just one afternoon.

Arrive early for a guided aviary, wander the gardens, find your table and settle in for the evening, with food and drinks available throughout the event.

Intimate, relaxed and set against the backdrop of the beautiful Limestone Park botanical gardens.

This is opera, done a little differently.

More than a backdrop.

Limestone Park is a fourty-acre historic farm in Beermullah, about an hour north of Perth CBD. Once part of a working racehorse stud, the property has been gradually restored and reimagined by the Agnew family, retaining much of the history and character that came before it.

Today, the farm is home to established botanical gardens and more than 500 birds, from tiny finches to macaws, housed across two 70-metre walkthrough aviaries and two smaller aviaries. Heritage structures sit alongside spaces built from recycled and repurposed materials, with the original character of the property carried throughout.

It makes Limestone Park a difficult place to neatly define.

Good to know.
